Unique attributes:  Blue face up and purple visible on the edges. This gem has extraordinary optical tilt performance.  The gemological description is an eye clean tanzanite that is violetish blue in hue with a light tone and very slightly grayish saturation. This gem has an open tone, it will glow in any light.
